Q: What's that white stuff on the top of the mountains near Salt Lake City? Is it salt? Is there some kind of salt mine up there?
A: It's not salt, it's snow. The greatest snow on earth!
Q: Why is Utah called the "Beehive State"? I don't see many bees here.
A: Utahns relate the beehive symbol to industry and the pioneer virtues of thrift and perseverance. The beehive was chosen as the emblem for the provisional State of Deseret in 1848 and was maintained on the seal of the State of Utah when Utah became a state in 1896.
Q: Where were the sites for the 2002 Winter Olympics?
A: They were all over the Salt Lake City and Utah Area. The closest venues to our store were the Medals Plaza (north of the Energy Solutions Arena), The Utah Jazz Arena, now called The Energy Solutions Arena (figure skating, short track), and Rice Eccles Stadium at the University of Utah (opening/closing ceremonies).

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders within the continental United States are generally shipped via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service and take up to 10-15 business days for delivery. You will be notified of items on your order that are out of stock or backordered. These items may take longer to be delivered.
Q: What is the shipping charge for orders within the continental United States?
A: The standard shipping rate within the continental U.S. for online orders less than $100 is a flat rate of $6.00.
Q: Do you offer any online purchase specials or bulk buy discounts?
A: We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING within the continental USA for a total online purchase of $100 or more. This discount is calculated by our online shopping cart system at final checkout.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We have limited delivery to locations outside of the United States. If you place an order for delivery to another country, we will contact you by e-mail if we cannot ship your order. If we can ship your order, there will be a minimum $15.00 delivery charge or the total of airmail postage plus insurance costs, whichever is greater. We ship overseas via the U.S. Postal Service. Most overseas shipments may take up to two weeks. Please contact us via e-mail for instructions on paying overseas shipping.
Q: Do you have a print catalog?
A: No. Sorry. Please contact us directly or review this site for item availablity. We stock more items than we display online.
Q: What is your return policy for shipping charges?
A: We are always happy to make refunds and exchanges but we do not refund shipping and handling costs on return orders. There will be a 20% restocking fee for refunds or exchanges.
